Job summary

Savers in Basingstoke is recruiting for a Delivery Supervisor on a part-time basis. You will help keep the store fully stocked and well presented, coaching the delivery team and collaborating with the Store and Assistant Manager to drive exemplary results.

The role offers 20 hours per week with potential additional hours, a flexible shift pattern across mornings to weekends, and a pay rate of £13.60–£13.65 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience.
• Passion for products and customer service.
• Ability to lead and coach delivery team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach delivery team to maintain stock and presentation.
• Collaborate with Store and Assistant Manager to ensure high standards.
• Ensure shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
