Job summary

Savers in Andover is hiring a Delivery Supervisor to join our team. You will supervise and coach the delivery crew, ensuring the store is well stocked and presented at a high level, while working with the Store and Assistant Manager to drive results.

The role is part-time (16 hours per week) with the potential for extra hours, and involves flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. A customer-focused, hands-on approach is essential.

• 1+ years of retail experience

• Ensure store is fully stocked and presented to a high standard.
• Coach and manage delivery team alongside Store and Assistant Manager.
• Support their development and drive exemplary results in delivery and stock management.
