Job summary

NEXT is hiring a Delivery Team Member to ensure stock is perfectly available for customers and to provide exceptional service on the shop floor. You will process stock efficiently, keep areas tidy, and support both front-of-house and back-of-house tasks in a fast-paced retail store.

The role emphasises accuracy, speed, and a proactive approach to development, with flexible working options and guidance from store leadership. Prior retail experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible and proactive in supporting the team and customers.
• Willing to take ownership of your own development.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process stock quickly and to a high standard, including scanning and unpacking.
• Present stock on the sales floor and in stockrooms neatly and correctly.
• Keep store areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Provide fast, friendly service on the sales floor or back of house as needed.
• Work as part of a team and report to Coordinators or Managers.
