Job summary

NEXT is seeking a friendly, efficient store colleague to join our fast-paced team. You will accurately process stock, scan items, unpack, hang, size-cubing, and put stock away while ensuring products are presented attractively on the sales floor.

You’ll deliver fast, friendly service to customers, work across front and back areas as needed, and help keep the store clean, organized and well stocked. The role offers flexible working options and development from day one.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to work on the sales floor.
• Accurate, thorough and well organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work across front and back areas and adapt to busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Accurately processing stock quickly and to the highest standard, including scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing and putting stock away.
• Ensuring stock is well-presented and correctly placed on sales floors or in stockrooms.
• Keeping store areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Offering fast and friendly service to customers on the sales floor or from back areas.
