Job summary

NEXT is seeking a retail team member in the England stores to accurately process stock and maintain presentation standards. You will deliver fast, friendly customer service on the floor as part of a busy team, while keeping areas tidy and stock flowing to shelves and stockrooms.

Qualifications

• Stock handling and processing experience is desirable.
• Strong customer service orientation with a calm, efficient approach.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Able to work flexibly in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Process stock quickly and accurately (scan, unpack, hang, cube, stock away).
• Ensure stock is presented well on sales floors or stored appropriately.
• Keep store areas clean, tidy and organised.
• Provide fast and friendly service on the floor and back areas as needed.
• Work as part of the store team and report to Coordinators or Managers.
