Job summary

NEXT is looking for a Stock Team Member to ensure stock is located, packed and processed quickly for online and in-store customers. You will also assist on the sales floor providing fast and friendly service while maintaining a clean, organised store environment.

The role offers flexible working options and requires a friendly, energetic individual who can work well in a team, across stock and store areas, with a focus on high standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling.
• Comfortable working across store floors and stock rooms.
• Proactive, reliable and able to develop with the team.
• Right to work in the UK as required by Employer policies.

Responsibilities

• Locate, pack and transfer stock quickly and accurately.
• Ensure stock is presented neatly for online and in-store customers.
• Deliver fast, friendly service on sales floors when required.
• Maintain clean, tidy and organised operational areas.
• Report to Coordinators or Managers and support store team.
