Job summary

Harnham is a global leader in Data and Analytics recruitment, partnering with recognisable brands across the US and Europe. We are hiring an experienced delivery-focused recruiter to support a busy portfolio of US-based technology and data clients on exclusive retained projects.

This role focuses on sourcing, screening and managing candidates through the interview process, across multiple live roles. Given the US client base, this role requires flexibility to work US-aligned hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency recruitment, either 180 delivery-focused or 360 moving to 180 role.
• Strong sourcing capabilities including headhunting and direct outreach.
• Confident managing multiple live roles simultaneously.
• Comfortable owning the full candidate journey from first contact to offer follow-up.
• Clear, professional communicator with candidates at different seniority levels.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen and manage candidates across multiple live US-based roles.
• Partner with senior consultants to deliver high-quality candidate delivery.
• Maintain pace and quality with strong communication with candidates and stakeholders.
