Job summary

Harnham, a leading Data & Analytics recruitment specialist, is seeking a Senior Contract Recruitment Consultant to join its Contract Division in hybrid/remote capacity. You will own a 360 desk, manage client relationships end-to-end, and build a portfolio across Data Science, BI, and Marketing Analytics.

You’ll develop new business opportunities, consult with clients on hiring strategies, and work with senior leaders to deliver on growth goals.

Qualifications

• A structured, consistent approach to BD and delivery.
• The ability to build deep relationships and think commercially.
• An interest in the world of data, AI, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Running a 360 desk, owning client relationships and managing candidates end-to-end.
• Building your own portfolio within areas such as Data Science, BI, and Marketing Analytics.
• Developing new business opportunities and strengthening existing accounts.
• Consulting with clients to deliver on their hiring strategies and long-term goals.
