Job summary

Harnham in Wimbledon is seeking a Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead sourcing and recruitment across data, AI and analytics roles. You will identify high-quality candidates, engage them across multiple channels, and manage candidates through interviews and offers.

This role offers hybrid/remote working and exposure to US markets (East Coast) with a competitive base salary plus commission as part of a US-focused scheme.

Qualifications

• Track record of success in a 360 recruitment role.
• Experience in sourcing and headhunting across data/AI markets.
• Ability to engage candidates and manage relationships across channels.
• Experience with international recruitment markets is desirable.
• Comfort with hybrid/remote and UK/US market exposure.
