Responsibilities

• Supporting the effective set-up of new client projects.
• Producing project timelines and project kick-off packs.
• Booking and allocating team members' time against specific projects.
• Monitoring individual project budgets and providing updates to the Technical Lead.
• Supporting the management of team capacity and resource allocation.
• Assisting with the preparation and production of client proposals.
• Producing weekly reports and providing information to the senior management team.
• Assisting with the preparation of data for company-wide reporting and updates.
• Managing projects through the company's internal portal, ensuring tasks remain up to date.
• Ensuring project teams have appropriate access to internal files and documentation.
• Coordinating meetings and managing meeting invitations.
• Assisting with the preparation and distribution of client document requests, subject to approval from the Technical Lead.
• Providing general administrative and project support to ensure the smooth delivery of client assignments.
