Job summary

IDEX Consulting is recruiting a Project Manager to lead Insurance Due Diligence for private equity transactions. You will assess insurance profiles of target businesses and deliver commercially focused advice throughout deal lifecycles, including acquisitions and refinancings.

In a fast-paced, deal-driven environment, you will produce due diligence reports, engage with insurers, and coordinate with deal teams to ensure timely, value-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience within insurance broking, underwriting, claims or insurance advisory.
• Strong technical insurance knowledge and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under high pressure in a deal-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead insurance due diligence across deal lifecycle for private equity clients.
• Produce clear, concise due diligence reports and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Liaise with insurers/market partners to obtain terms and support negotiations.
• Manage multiple concurrent transactions with accurate records and deadlines.
