Job summary

IDEX Consulting Ltd is seeking a Client Project Associate to join the Delivery Team in a fast-paced commercial insurance environment. You will support project administration and sales activities, coordinating with Technical and Project Management teams to ensure timely delivery and achievement of utilisation and sales targets.

The role requires fluent English and Polish, a degree, and superb organisational skills.

• Degree level education essential.
• Fluency in English and Polish is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set-up of new client projects and timelines.
• Produce project timelines and kickoff packs.
• Allocate team members' time to projects.
• Monitor budgets and provide updates to senior staff.
• Support capacity planning and resource allocation.
• Prepare and distribute client proposals and reports.
• Coordinate meetings and manage invitations.
• Ensure access to internal files and documentation.
