XPO Logistics in Motherwell is recruiting flexible Driver Mates for a permanent site role on day shifts. You will support a contract involving multi-drop deliveries to customer sites and operate in a two-person team, with your work pattern known weeks in advance.

Ideal candidates are physically fit and able to handle heavy loads; prior customer-facing experience helps. Full training is provided, and the company offers benefits and discounts for you and your family.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit as deliveries can be heavy.
• Previous experience in customer facing roles is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries to commercial properties and place products in a specified room.
• Work in partnership with the same driver each day.
• Know your work pattern weeks in advance.
• Full manual handling training will be given.
