Job summary

XPO Logistics is hiring a full-time, permanent LGV C Day Driver for its Motherwell site. This role involves driving day routes, delivering between sites, and occasional collections.

A minimum 40-hour week (overtime available) with a 06:00–17:00 shift is offered, with a pay rate of £13.46 per hour plus a £1.75 subsistence allowance, plus pension, discounts, and training opportunities through XPO University. Ideal candidates will hold a full UK driving licence with C entitlement, a valid CPC and

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with C entitlement
• ADR qualifications would be advantageous
• No more than six penalty points on licence; no DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
• Excellent knowledge of the UK road network

Responsibilities

• Deliver between customer sites and perform collections when required
• Safely operate the vehicle according to XPO standards
• Safely use tail lift and pallet trucks where available
