Job summary

XPO Logistics is hiring a full-time, permanent LGV C Day Driver for its Motherwell site. This role involves driving day routes, delivering between sites, and occasional collections.

A minimum 40-hour week (overtime available) with a 06:00–17:00 shift is offered, with a pay rate of £13.46 per hour plus a £1.75 subsistence allowance, plus pension, discounts, and training opportunities through XPO University. • ADR qualifications would be advantageous
• No more than six penalty points on licence; no DD, DR, IN, or CD endorsements

• Excellent knowledge of the UK road network

As a Driver, you’ll be working on our day routes, delivering between sites in our network and customer sites. You’ll be working a minimum of 40 hours (plus overtime) per week on the Monday to Friday day shift between 06.00 -17.00. In return for your hard work, we’ll offer you an hourly rate of £13.46 plus £1.75 subsistance allowance. What You’ll Do On a Typical Day

• Delivering between customer sites and making collections when required
• Safely operate your vehicle adhering to XPO standards
• Safe use of tail lift and pallet trucks for sites where no FLT is available

What You Need To Succeed At XPO

• We’ll need you to have a full UK driving licence (with C entitlement),
• ADR qualifications would be advantageous for this role
