Job summary

Neos Networks is seeking a Delivery Support Coordinator to join the Customer Delivery team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role supports governance, reporting, and operational tools to enable consistent service delivery from Reading.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
• Experience providing administrative, analytical or coordination support in an operational or service-focused environment.
• Experience maintaining process documentation and preparing reports.
• Ability to use data and insights to support decision-making.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support business continuity by maintaining documentation, tracking actions and updates.
• Maintain and update systems, procedures and process documentation to support operational effectiveness.
• Provide guidance on Customer Delivery processes and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Identify service shortfalls, process inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyse operational data to identify trends, risks and issues affecting delivery or performance.
• Produce reports, management information and analysis to support decisions.
• Deliver training, inductions and supporting documentation for new systems and processes.
• Monitor and report on team activities, utilisation, trends and outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and distribute communications and briefing materials across the Delivery team.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Neos Networks.
