The Crown Commercial Service (GCA) is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead day-to-day delivery within a cross-functional digital team. You will partner with Product Managers, designers, and engineers to drive measurable business and user outcomes, removing impediments and optimising flow.
A strong delivery mindset and stakeholder collaboration are essential. The role is permanent and full-time, based in the UK with hybrid working.
Formación
- Strong delivery mindset focused on user problems and outcomes.
- Experience with user research or translating insights into product improvements.
- Hands-on problem solving to define solutions from scratch.
- Ability to manage a backlog and unblock teams to maintain momentum.
- Excellent communication with delivery partners and multidisciplinary teams.
Responsabilidades
- Drive day-to-day delivery of a cross-functional digital product team.
- Identify obstacles and help the team overcome them.
- Define problems, design solutions, and prioritize backlogs for Key Results and Outcomes.
- Keep the team focused on delivering high-value products and services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure alignment and delivery.
