Delivery Manager (Minimum 9 Month FTC / Maternity Cover)

Location: Clapham Junction, in office 3 days per week

Salary: Up to £58,000 + package

Troi Search is working exclusively with The Gym Group to find a Maternity Cover Delivery Manager responsible for a critical value stream focused on the customer "join journey". Experience in digital sales, acquisition, or conversion is essential.

As a Digital Delivery Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of full-stack digital projects within a value stream. Your responsibilities include managing a team of digital specialists, coordinating project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will also identify and mitigate risks, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

This role involves close collaboration with Digital Marketing to optimize the "join journey" for a seamless customer experience.

We seek candidates with extensive delivery experience, focusing on Digital Sales, Conversion, and A/B Testing.
