Job summary

Vector Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee multiple CIPP and drainage rehabilitation projects across the South of England. You will manage delivery from inception to handover, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and client expectations to deliver safely, on time and to budget.

The role requires strong leadership, programme and budget management, and a solid background in drainage, CIPP or civil engineering.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering CIPP/drainage projects.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Experience managing programmes, resources and budgets.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management.
• Full UK driving licence; SMSTS or equivalent desirable.
• Experience in utilities, civil engineering or infrastructure sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of multiple CIPP and drainage projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials, subcontractors and resources.
• Monitor programmes, budgets and performance.
• Act as main client contact and manage stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
