Your Opportunity to Shape Consultancy Delivery in Asset Finance!

Are you a delivery-focused leader with deep knowledge of Asset Finance and a track record of driving successful customer implementations? We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to lead our growing Asset Finance consultancy function—owning projects from discovery through to deployment, mentoring a team of expert consultants, and helping build a market-leading approach to Asset Finance delivery.

This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with the wider Delivery leadership team to evolve our methodologies, embed best practice, and ensure quality, scalable outcomes for clients.

Main Function

The Delivery Manager – Asset Finance is responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of Asset Finance solutions and for building a high-performing consultancy function within the business. This includes oversight of customer implementations and direct line management of Asset Finance consultants.

This role also holds interim responsibility for support services to live Lendscape Asset Finance clients until those services are transitioned to the appropriate support function.

The Delivery Manager partners with Sales during pre-sales engagements and acts as the primary point of contact for clients during delivery—leading discovery, implementation, and handover. You’ll work cross-functionally with business consultants, engineers, and technical teams to ensure all aspects of delivery are cohesive and client-aligned.

You will also contribute to the evolution of our implementation methodology, working closely with the Methodology & Partner Manager to identify and embed continuous improvements.

Project & Client Leadership

• Oversee all client Asset Finance projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Act as the key advisor for Asset Finance implementations during sales and discovery phases.
• Build strong client relationships, ensuring a proactive and consultative approach.
• Lead strategic client workshops, aligning software solutions with legacy systems and business models.
• Guide planning for business process review, data migration, integrations, testing, and reporting.
• Provide escalation support and manage risk across delivery engagements.

Team Management

• Lead and mentor the Asset Finance consulting team, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.
• Drive quality assurance, ensuring deliverables meet client and internal standards.
• Participate in resource planning and capacity management.

Consulting Excellence

• Ensure adoption of best practices in implementation methodology, governance, and documentation.
• Promote continuous improvement of delivery frameworks and tools.
• Support wider delivery initiatives as part of the Delivery leadership team.
• Participate in onsite client visits and provide strategic direction across engagements.

Experience & Knowledge

• 10+ years of experience managing Asset Finance software delivery projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex, enterprise-level software implementations.
• Strong background in customer engagement and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Experience with data migration, integrations, testing frameworks, and reporting strategies.
• Confident in risk mitigation, conflict resolution, and solving delivery challenges.
• Familiarity with enterprise Asset Finance solutions and best practices.
