Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional work experience, including 2+ years in people management.
• Strong experience driving performance metrics and client ROI.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a pod of Coaches/Instructors, owning performance and development.
• Foster inclusive, psychologically safe team culture aligned with company values.
• Set clear goals and visibility into performance against targets.
• Coach your team to continuously improve delivery quality for major clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve learner and coach experience.
• Use AI tools daily to improve workflows and productivity.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and reskilling as needed.
