Job summary

Satalia is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead software, data, AI and optimisation project delivery in the UK. You will coordinate product managers, engineering leads, designers and data scientists to translate priorities into credible delivery plans and maintain visibility of progress and risks.

You will drive planning discipline, ensure teams understand commitments, and maintain a healthy delivery cadence across discovery, build, test, release and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery manager in software/AI/tech delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle and planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and communicate realistic delivery plans from product priorities.
• Own capacity planning and ensure resources align with delivery commitments.
• Track sprint progress, dependencies, risks and delivery confidence.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of complex projects.
• Facilitate planning, stand-ups, refinements and delivery reviews.
