Job summary

Delphi Care Solutions in Nottingham, England is seeking an experienced Technical Project / Delivery Manager to drive the delivery of software, SaaS and data initiatives within a growing care tech platform. You will coordinate senior stakeholders, technical teams and suppliers to ensure robust delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering software, SaaS, data or technology projects.
• Strong project, programme or delivery management background.
• Experience working with technical teams and third-party suppliers.
• Ability to write and refine requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of testing, UAT, release management and change control.
• Strong organisational, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a rolling delivery roadmap.
• Coordinate multiple technical projects and workstreams.
• Translate business requirements into clear, deliverable work packages.
• Manage priorities, risks, dependencies and blockers.
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers.
• Oversee testing, UAT, change control and releases.
• Support customer onboarding and integration projects.
• Improve delivery processes through automation and standardisation.
• Validate supplier deliverables, costs and invoices.
• Ensure delivery activity is documented, auditable and compliant.
