Summary of the Production Delivery Manager role

Our Delivery Managers deliver complex production & TVC-focused work, ensuring high standards are achieved while balancing commercial success. You will need to be skilled in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality, with experience in working with commercial production and TVC.

As our next Delivery Manager, you should demonstrate the ability to build client relationships and improve workflows to achieve optimal results.

Some responsibilities of the Delivery Manager will include:

• Deliver client projects on time and within budget, ensuring quality and client satisfaction
• Work with the delivery team and agency Project Management forum to develop clear methodologies
• Coordinate with Programme Management and Traffic to ensure planning and processes are streamlined
• Collaborate with the Operations team to report on client financials
• Ensure clients are on correct rate cards and within contract terms
