Lyreco is seeking an experienced RDC Manager to lead our Greenford operations on a Monday–Friday schedule, 45 hours per week, with no weekend work and a starting salary of £46,000 per year.
You will oversee vehicle maintenance, driver compliance with tachographs and EU regulations, and staff development; regular meetings and records, plus cover for routes during holidays. There is scope to grow with an expanding EV fleet.

To ensure all vehicles are maintained in accordance with manufacturers recommendations, are roadworthy and operate within legal requirements e.g., payload, tachograph, etc.
Establish and maintain personnel files for all RDC staff and ensure records and information is kept up to date.
Motivate staff and hold regular monthly meetings with all staff and produce minutes of these meetings.
Ensure drivers are instructed on all aspects of the operation and vehicles including procedures, quality, and security.
There will be a requirement to cover the delivery routes for staff holidays and absence as well as ad hoc volume drops.
