Job summary

Peregrine is seeking an experienced SC Cleared Delivery Manager to lead delivery across BAU and transition activities for high-profile programmes. The role emphasises governance, stakeholder engagement, and coordinating boards to ensure successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have strong PMO/planning experience, background in transition delivery, and the ability to thrive in demanding environments while remaining autonomous and capable of rapid prioritisation. SC clearance is required.

Candidate Profile

Looking for experienced Delivery Managers who:

• Have strong PMO, planning, governance, or communications experience.
• May have experience as a Head of PMO
• Have transition or transformation delivery experience.
• Can quickly understand complex environments and prioritise effectively.
• Are comfortable operating with minimal supervision and direction.
• Are self-starters who can hit the ground running.
• Are personable, adaptable, and willing to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.
• Hold active SC Clearance.
• Have several years' experience operating as a Delivery Manager.

Nice to haves

• Supplier management experience.

• Experience managing competing priorities, including ministerial requests and deadlines.

Working Arrangements

Travel will be required every now and again, particularly for those supporting the transition programme. It’s not a deal breaker though if they’re amazing!
