Job summary

Stealth iT Consulting is recruiting an Agile Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end Agile delivery on a major public sector digital transformation programme. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure value delivery to the business and customers.

You'll be responsible for planning, governance, risk and dependency management, and will collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering and senior stakeholders to raise the organisation's Agile maturity.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital transformation in Public Sector or GDS aligned sectors.
• Leading multidisciplinary Agile delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology functions.
• Delivery governance, RAID management and dependency planning.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps and/or Miro.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban or SAFe methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Leading end to end Agile delivery across complex digital transformation programmes.
• Managing the successful delivery of cross functional Agile teams, ensuring value is delivered to the business and customers.
• Facilitating Agile ceremonies, planning sessions and delivery governance.

• Driving continuous improvement and helping teams increase Agile maturity across the organisation.

Consultant up to £55,000 per annum / Senior Consultant up to £70,000
