Job summary

Talent is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager for a Hybrid role across Manchester, Leeds, or Newcastle. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, own end-to-end delivery, and manage risks, budgets, and dependencies while coordinating with external suppliers.

Ideal candidates will have proven Agile IT delivery experience, strong stakeholder communication, and a track record of maintaining delivery momentum in complex environments. BPSS clearance is required or eligible.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and protect a motivated, multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will own the end to end delivery process, maintaining iterative delivery plans while actively managing risks, dependencies, budgets, and team dynamics to keep projects moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Skills And Experience

• Proven background in Agile IT delivery and applying Lean/Agile techniques in complex environments.
• Strong track record of maintaining delivery momentum and removing team friction.
• Exceptional stakeholder communication and relationship management skills.
• Hands-on experience with supplier management and vendor integration.
• Must hold or be eligible to obtain BPSS Clearance.

Desirable Skills

• Scrum Certification (e.g., CSM, PSM).
• Practical experience with AWS cloud environments.
• Background in connectivity testing and management.
