Job summary

SR2 is looking for a Delivery Manager to guide a brand-new health service from pilot to national scale. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to London for in-person reviews; the initial contract is six months with rolling extensions.

You will lead agile delivery across multidisciplinary teams, run ceremonies, and make bold, evidence-led decisions. You’ll balance pace with patient safety while securing buy-in from senior stakeholders across several organisations to shape the

• Experience taking a service from pilot to wider roll-out.
• Confidence running ceremonies and helping teams work iteratively.
• Diplomatic, decisive stakeholder management across several organisations.
• Healthcare experience is a bonus, not a must: strong delivery leads from any sector, apply

Inside IR35: £500 - £525 p/d
Primarily remote, once a month travel to London
6 month initial contract, rolling extensions to follow

You'll lead the team taking a brand-new heath service from pilot to national roll-out. People share their history online, the service works out relevant health risks, and the right people get screened sooner.
