Job summary

Whitestone Resourcing Limited is recruiting a Head of Project Delivery to lead a growing technology business delivering infrastructure solutions to public sector clients across the UK. You will oversee a portfolio of projects and manage a team of PMs and PMO staff, ensuring delivery excellence from initiation to handover.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project, programme or delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Experience delivering technology, infrastructure, software or security projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of Project Managers and PMO staff.
• Act as a senior point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive successful delivery of technology implementation and deployment projects.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure effective project governance and delivery controls are maintained.
• Support forecasting, planning and reporting activities.
• Work with technical, operational and commercial teams to achieve project outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes and customer experience.
