Job summary

Adapt 365 is seeking a Delivery Lead for Microsoft Copilot, AI, and Power Platform. The role oversees end-to-end delivery on a large client engagement with leadership input and clear career progression. London-based with frequent client interaction and a 2-year+ horizon.

You will drive scoping, governance, and change management while managing revenue, resources, and senior stakeholder relationships to ensure successful delivery and adoption of AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery: scoping, development oversight, adoption and governance.

• Track and improve delivery throughput, with a focus on driving efficiency through AI.

Delivery Lead – Microsoft Copilot, AI & Power Platform

Up to £110k

One of the UK's fast-growing Microsoft AI consultancies is looking for a Delivery Lead to head up a newly established delivery function.

This is a genuine leadership role, not a caretaker one. It's a newly created position on a programme-level engagement spanning multiple areas of a large client group, with real scope to shape how delivery works from the ground up - not stepping into something already fixed in place.

What you'll be doing

• Owning end-to-end delivery: solution scoping, development oversight, training, adoption and change management, and governance
• Managing revenue, utilisation and resourcing across the delivery team
• Sitting on the client steering committee, owning the senior stakeholder relationship
• Acting as the primary escalation point for delivery issues
• Tracking and improving delivery throughput, with a focus on driving efficiency through AI

What we're looking for

• Strong background in Microsoft technology, Copilot and AI is a must, and ideally Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform
• Proven experience managing delivery teams and owning senior client relationships
• Based in or easily able to commute to London on a regular basis
• This could suit someone already at Lead level, or a strong Principal ready to step up into their first leadership role
