Job summary

Oxford Quantum Circuits is seeking a high‑performing strategy consultant looking to move into industry to translate strategic objectives into coordinated delivery. You'll work closely with the executive team to turn recommendations into measurable outcomes and drive the company’s next phase of growth.

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you’ll lead cross‑functional workstreams, manage milestones and dependencies, surface risks early, and influence senior stakeholders to secure decisive progress

Qualifications

• Experience at a strategy consultancy supporting strategic, operational or transformation programmes.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Execution discipline to turn plans into outcomes.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive progress.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of OQC's highest-priority strategic initiatives and C‑Suite programmes.
• Translate strategic objectives into integrated delivery plans with milestones and accountabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, align stakeholders and manage dependencies.
• Track progress, surface risks early and resolve delivery challenges with stakeholders.
• Provide clear progress updates to the executive team on risks and decisions.
• Coordinate external advisers to align input with priorities and delivery plans.
