Job summary

SSE plc is hiring a Cyber Resilience Delivery Lead to turn the security strategy into real, high-impact change. You will lead delivery teams, balance waterfall and Agile methods, and ensure value delivery for the electricity network of the future.

In this role you will oversee end-to-end delivery across the product lifecycle, manage costs and resources, and foster strong stakeholder relationships to accelerate digital transformation and a low-carbon transition.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex delivery in regulated environments such as OT security.
• Proven ability to run multi-team delivery with technical guidance.
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile governance, processes and culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead product, delivery and stakeholders across full lifecycle with on-time, on-budget outcomes.
• Provide regular progress updates on performance and value against roadmap.
• Build trusted relationships to align complex interfaces across teams and partners.
• Drive security technology delivery that aligns with strategic priorities and low-carbon goals.
• Manage 3rd party supplier relationships to sustain long-term value.
