Job summary

TXP is seeking a Cloud Technical Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of an enterprise-scale Azure cloud platform. The role will oversee landing zones, governance, automation, and platform operating models while coordinating multiple transformation programmes.

You will lead platform engineering and DevOps teams, drive agile delivery, and ensure successful transitions from architecture to production. The position offers hybrid working in the UK, with a 6-month initial engagement and a daily rate

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Azure cloud platform implementations.
Strong governance, RAID, and risk management capabilities.
Experience leading multi-vendor Cloud Platform Engineering and DevOps teams.
Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of the cloud platform roadmap from MVP to future releases.
Lead Cloud Platform Engineering and DevOps teams and set sprint cadences.
Coordinate Azure landing zones, platform foundations, and migration activities.
Manage stakeholder relationships and governance across programmes.
Monitor costs and participate in FinOps for Azure consumption.
