Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join the Tax Admin team in Telford, with 2 days per week in the office. You will oversee delivery across a portfolio of change, working with Delivery Leads, Scrum Masters and technical specialists to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

You will establish delivery controls, manage stakeholder expectations, balance priorities and drive continuous improvement in a complex delivery environment while mentoring junior colleagues

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong governance, planning and reporting experience.
• Experience in resource planning, forecasting and capacity management.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a portfolio of the project deliveries from initiation through to implementation.
• Create and maintain delivery plans, forecasts and governance artefacts.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and escalations.
• Provide clear reporting and progress updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, test, architecture, business analysis and Scrum Master functions.
• Lead resource planning and forecasting activities, ensuring delivery commitments remain achievable and risks are identified early.
• Work with stakeholders to prioritise demand, balancing available capacity against business priorities and delivery commitments.
• Ensure releases are delivered in line with agreed milestones and governance controls.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and ways of working.
• Support and mentor junior delivery colleagues where appropriate.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to join the clients team within Tax Admin. The successful candidate will work alongside a team of Delivery Leads, Scrum Masters and technical specialists to oversee the delivery of a varied portfolio of change across one of the clients largest and most business-critical services.

The role requires a proactive self-starter who can establish effective delivery controls, manage stakeholder expectations, balance competing priorities and ensure work is delivered to agreed timelines and quality standards within a complex delivery environment.
