Spencelooker Recruitment Ltd in Manchester seeks a Delivery-focused Development Director to lead a portfolio of regeneration projects from planning through construction and completion.

You will own procurement strategies, manage budgets and cashflows, and drive commercial control while coordinating with senior leadership and external partners. Experience across development, construction, surveying, or project management is essential, with a strong track record of delivering major schemes.

Formación

• Strong track record of delivering substantial property projects.
• Experience in development, construction, surveying or project management.
• Ability to own complex schemes, make commercial decisions and drive accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design development and coordinate consultant teams from RIBA Stage 3 onwards.
• Set procurement strategies and oversee tendering and building contract negotiations.
• Manage project budgets, development appraisals and cashflows.
• Identify and manage delivery risks while maintaining design and construction quality.
• Support administration of funding agreements and funder requirements.
• Build relationships with contractors, consultants and public sector partners.
