About The Role

Delivery Drivers play a crucial role within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand, delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They offer valuable feedback on customer and competitor activity, helping us improve our services and maintain our commitments.

As a Delivery Driver on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch during holidays or absences. Your responsibilities include contributing to the success of our high-performing organization and promoting the company brand through positive customer interactions.

Main Duties include:

1. Delivering products to customers within a designated radius
2. Providing high levels of customer service
3. Reporting customer and competitor insights to the branch
4. Loading your vehicle according to procedures
5. Collecting customer returns as required
6. Carrying out daily vehicle checks and maintenance
7. Assisting in warehouse duties as needed
8. Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries when required

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday work depending on branch coverage.

About You

What you'll need to succeed:

• Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points
• Good knowledge of the branch's mile radius
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of excellent customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain good timekeeping
• Customer-focused attitude, driven to achieve and willing to go the extra mile
