About The Role

Delivery Drivers are a crucial part of the team within GSF Car Parts. They represent our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They provide feedback insights and help us stay committed to timely deliveries.

As a Delivery Driver on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch during holidays or absences. Your responsibilities include contributing to the success of the organization and promoting the company through positive customer interactions.

Main Duties include:

1. Deliver products to customers within a specified radius
2. Maintain high customer service standards
3. Provide feedback on customer and competitor activity
4. Load vehicles according to procedures
5. Collect customer returns as needed
6. Perform vehicle maintenance and daily checks
7. Assist in warehouse tasks when required
8. Support inter-branch transfer deliveries

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday working depending on branch needs.

About You

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Good knowledge of the branch's mile radius
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of excellent customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and good time management skills
• Customer-focused and motivated to achieve goals
