About The Role

Delivery Drivers are a vital part of the team at GSF Car Parts. They represent our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They offer valuable customer feedback and help us ensure timely deliveries.

As a Delivery Driver on a zero-hour/casual contract, you'll support the branch during holidays or absences. You'll contribute to the success of a high-performing organization and promote the company brand through positive customer interactions.

Main Duties include:

1. Deliver products to customers within a specified radius
2. Maintain high customer service standards
3. Provide feedback on customer and competitor activities
4. Load vehicles according to procedures
5. Collect customer returns as needed
6. Perform daily vehicle checks and maintenance
7. Assist in warehouse tasks when required
8. Support inter-branch transfer deliveries as needed

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday work, depending on branch needs.

About You

Qualifications and Skills:

• Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points
• Good knowledge of the local delivery radius
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of high customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and good time management
• Customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile
