About The Role

Delivery Drivers play a crucial role within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They offer valuable customer feedback and help ensure timely deliveries.

Main Duties include:

• Delivering products to customers within a specified radius
• Maintaining high levels of customer service
• Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity
• Loading vehicles according to procedures
• Collecting customer returns
• Vehicle maintenance and daily checks
• Assisting in the warehouse as needed
• Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries

Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working, depending on branch coverage.

About You

What you'll need to succeed:

• Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
• Good knowledge of the branch's radius
• Previous delivery driver experience
• Understanding of excellent customer service standards
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain good timekeeping
• Customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile
