Job summary

Waitrose & Partners is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to bring quality produce and Partner-led service to customers’ doors. You’ll support the shop with daily tasks, be an ambassador for the Waitrose brand, and ensure efficient, friendly service during deliveries.

Applicants must have a valid UK B-category driving licence with limited points and strong customer service. You’ll need physical ability to lift crates and work independently with IT literacy.

Qualifications

• Valid UK B-category driving licence with up to 6 points.
• Good customer service skills.
• Able to lift crates and move cages.

Responsibilities

• Check daily delivery routes.
• Load and prepare the van for deliveries and ensure orders reach customers.
• Carry out vehicle safety checks and maintain road compliance and safety.
• Act as an ambassador for Waitrose with excellent customer service.
• Assist customers and build rapport at the customer's door and assist shop staff as needed.
