Job summary

Royal Mail Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Delivery Postie with Driving for a permanent contract at the Loughborough Delivery Office. The role is 30 hours per week across five days, with shifts 08:30–14:30 or 13:30–19:30, and one in three Sundays on a rota basis.

The postie will walk and drive, provide excellent customer service, wear a full uniform, and benefit from pension contributions, paid holidays, wellbeing support, discounts and staff schemes.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Comfortable walking long distances and working outside in any weather.
• Friendly, approachable team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mail and parcels on your designated route.
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with the community.
• Work as part of a rota including weekends and Sundays as required.
