Job summary

Royal Mail Group is hiring a Delivery Postie with Driving for a fixed-term contract of nine months. The role involves delivering five days a week (Mon–Sun) for 35 hours, between 08:00 and 15:00, with Sundays on a rotational basis. Location: Northleach Delivery Office, GL54 3EE.

You will be part of the local community, delivering door-to-door with pride. The role requires an upbeat, reliable, community-minded person with a full UK driving licence (up to 6 penalty points).

Qualifications

• Upbeat, independent and self-motivated.
• Organised, punctual and ready to deliver great customer service.
• Think of yourself as a people-person and a friendly face in the community.
• Happy walking for long periods and working outside in any weather.
• Has a strong sense of community and takes pride in what you do.
• Has a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver items on your route securely and on time.
• Distribute election materials and other items in line with Royal Mail standards.
• Provide customer service while delivering to households and small businesses.
• Enjoy a physical role that keeps you fit and active in all weather.
