Job summary

Ocado Logistics is hiring Customer Service Team Members for a part-time delivery role, working 24 hours per week across three 8-hour shifts. Shifts start as early as 05:30 and can finish near midnight, with automated route planning to aid efficiency.

No prior experience is required; full training is provided. A UK or EU driving licence (and up to 6 penalty points) is required, with at least 12 months driving experience.

What We Need From You

No previous experience is required to join our friendly team – just bring your positive attitude! Our amazing training team will guide you every step of the way. However, you will need to meet the following driving licence requirements:

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
• Must be over 18, as some deliveries involve handling alcohol products.
• Good communication skills are essential for this customer-facing role.

Contract Details

Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time

Contract Hours: 24 hours per week (including paid breaks)

Contracted Days: Work any 3 days out of 7, doing 8-hour shifts.

Shifts: AM & PM, starting as early as 05:30 and finishing as late as midnight. Shift rota provided up to 13 weeks in advance.

Pay Structure: Lunar paid-paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule.
