Job summary

Ocado Logistics is seeking a part-time Customer Service Delivery Team Member to join the team in the UK. You’ll deliver products on time, engage with customers, and follow pre-planned routes using our automated systems.

No prior experience is required; full training is provided. You’ll work 3 days per week on 8-hour shifts, with AM/PM rotas and paid breaks included.

Qualifications

• Owner/holder of a full UK or EU driving licence.
• No disqualifications in the last 5 years; up to 6 penalty points.
• Able to communicate well with customers while delivering.
• No prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver top quality products on time and efficiently.
• Be customer facing and provide friendly service.
• Work on the road in all weather; follow planned routes.
• Shifts include AM/PM with 3 days per week on 8-hour shifts.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and perfect for those looking for a part-time schedule. You will work 3 x 8-hour shifts each week with shifts scheduled on different days each week. On top of your base pay you will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £13.83 per hour.

You don’t need any previous experience to join our good-natured team, just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our amazing training team will do the rest!

But you will need the following Driving Licence Requirements:

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
• Some deliveries involve the handling of alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.
• As this is a customer facing role, good communication skills are also essential.

Contract Type

Permanent, Part-Time

Contract Hours

24 hours per week (including paid breaks)

Contracted days

You will be required to work any 3 days out of 7 doing 8 hour shifts, and will be provided with further information during pre-boarding.

Shifts

AM & PM. You may start as early as 05:30 in the morning, and can finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Please check your commute time prior to applying. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.

Pay Structure

The position is lunar paid. This means you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule. Please take this into consideration when applying.
