Job summary

Ocado Logistics is looking for a part-time Delivery Driver to join the team. You will be on the road delivering quality goods to customers, with a focus on friendly service and reliable, on-time delivery.

You’ll work 3 days per week, 8 hours per day, with paid breaks. The role offers an average hourly rate of £14.47 including premiums and a supportive, Disability Confident employer environment.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Must have a Full UK or EU driving licence and at least 12 months of driving experience.
• Maximum 6 penalty points; no disqualifications in past 5 years.
• Must be over 18 due to handling alcohol products.

Responsibilities

• Delivery driver delivering goods to customers on a part-time schedule.
• Out on the road in all weather; pre-planned routes and pre-loaded van.

Driving Licence Requirements

Recruitment Process

You'll be invited for a site tour, where you can meet the team and ask questions.

A Disclosure Barring System check (DBS) will be conducted.

Once all checks are completed, you'll be offered the role and your exciting journey with Ocado Logistics will begin!

Contract Details

• Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time
• Contract Hours: 24 hours per week (including paid breaks)
• Contracted Days: Work any 3 days out of 7, doing 8-hour shifts. More details will be provided during pre-boarding.
• Shifts: AM & PM. Start as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Please check your commute time before applying. You'll receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.
• Pay Structure: Lunar paid-paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule. Please consider this when applying.
