Job summary

Ocado Logistics is hiring a Delivery Driver for Bristol. The role is permanent, part-time, 24 hours per week across 3 eight-hour shifts with AM/PM options.

You will pre-plan routes using automated technology and earn base pay plus premiums, bringing average hourly earnings to £14.60. No prior experience required beyond a valid UK/EU licence; must be over 18 to handle alcohol and have good communication skills for customer-facing duties.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and perfect for those looking for a part-time schedule. You will work 3 x 8-hour shifts each week with shifts scheduled on different days each week. On top of your base pay, you will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £14.60 per hour.

So what do we need from you? You don't need any previous experience to join our good-natured team, just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our amazing training team will do the rest!

But you will need the following:

• Driving Licence Requirements: Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience
• Maximum of 6 penalty points
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
• Some deliveries involve the handling of alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.
• As this is a customer facing role, good communication skills are also essential.

Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time

Contract Hours: 24 hours per week (including paid breaks)

Contracted days: You will be required to work any 3 days out of 7 doing 8 hour shifts, and will be provided with further information during pre-boarding.

Shifts: AM & PM. You may start as early as 05:30 in the morning, and can finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Please check your commute time prior to applying. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.

Pay Structure: The position is lunar paid. This means you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule. Please take this into consideration when applying.

Hourly Pay Rates:

• Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate) £13.96
• Evening Premium (from 6pm) £15.08
• Sunday Day Premium £15.36
• Sunday Evening Premium £16.59
