You’ll be out on the road whatever the weather, but you'll never have to fight over the radio station, and you can sing along as loud as you like!

In return, we use our automated technology to pre-plan your route and pre-load your van!

Everyone likes their groceries at different times, so our working patterns will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays - so on top of your base pay you will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £14.60 per hour. Requirements

You don't need any previous experience to join our good-natured team, just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our amazing training team will do the rest! But you will need the following:

• Driving Licence
• Full UK or EU driving licence
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience
• Maximum of 6 penalty points
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
• Some deliveries involve handling alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply
• Good communication skills are essential as this is a customer-facing role

Application Process

Our friendly recruitment team will get in touch to conduct an online Licence Check and Right to Work Checks. You will be invited to take a tour of the site, giving you the opportunity to meet the team for a question-and-answer session. We will run a Disclosure Barring System check (DBS). Once all checks are completed, you will be offered the role and your career with Ocado Logistics will start!

Contract Details

• Type: Permanent
• Hours: 37.5 or 40 hours (including paid breaks)
• Days: Any 5 days out of 7, with 7.5 or 8-hour shifts (further info provided during pre-boarding)
• Shifts: AM & PM, starting as early as 05:30 and ending as late as 12:00 midnight
• Pay Structure: Lunar paid (paid every 4 weeks on a monthly schedule)

Pay Rates

• Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate): £13.96
• Evening Premium (from 6pm): £15.08
• Sunday Day Premium: £15.36
• Sunday Evening Premium: £16.59
• Overtime Rate Monday to Saturday (Day Shift): £17.45
• Overtime Rate Monday to Saturday (Evening Shift): £18.57
