Job summary

Ocado Logistics is seeking Customer Service Team Members to deliver quality goods on time and ensure a top-notch customer experience. You’ll be on the road in all weather, following pre-planned routes and earning paid breaks.

This part-time role offers 3 shifts per week, 8 hours each, with a base pay plus premiums to £13.53 per hour. Applicants must hold a Full UK driving licence with at least 12 months driving experience, a maximum of 6 penalty points, no disqualifications in 5 years, and be

On top of your base pay you will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £13.53 per hour.

But You Will Need The Following Driving Licence Requirements

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.

Some deliveries involve the handling of alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.

As this is a customer facing role, good communication skills are also essential.

Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time
Contract Hours: 24 hours per week (including paid breaks)
Contracted days: You will be required to work any 3 days out of 7 doing 8 hour shifts, and will be provided with further information during pre-boarding.
Shifts: AM & PM. You may start as early as 05:30 in the morning, and can finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Please check your commute time prior to applying. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.
Pay Structure: The position is lunar paid. This means you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule. Please take this into consideration when applying.
