Job summary

Ocado Logistics is hiring a Delivery Driver (Part Time 24 hours) in Bicester/Thame, UK. You’ll be on the road delivering quality products to customers, working 3 x 8‑hour shifts per week with a 24‑hour contract. Shifts are AM & PM; you may start as early as 05:30 and finish by 12:00, with a rota published up to 13 weeks in advance.

Base pay plus premiums increases average hourly earnings to £14.47. All breaks are paid.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
• Must be over 18 to handle alcohol deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods on time and in good condition to customers.
• Be on the road in all weather, with a customer‑facing role and strong communication.
• Work 3 days out of 7, 8‑hour shifts (24 hours per week) with a rotating schedule.
• Shifts AM & PM; start as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 12:00; rota published up to 13 weeks in advance.

On top of your base pay you will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £14.47 per hour.

But you will need the following Driving Licence Requirements:

Some deliveries involve the handling of alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.

As this is a customer facing role, good communication skills are also essential.

Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time

Contract Hours: 24 hours per week (including paid breaks)

Contracted days: You will be required to work any 3 days out of 7 doing 8 hour shifts, and will be provided with further information during pre-boarding.

Shifts: AM & PM. You may start as early as 05:30 in the morning, and can finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Please check your commute time prior to applying. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.

Pay Structure: The position is lunar paid. This means you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule. Please take this into consideration when applying.
